From the Pastor

We know that many people do not attend church anywhere. When asked, they often say, "they have nothing to wear."  At St. Albans Church of the Nazarene, it is not about what you wear.  It is about what is in your heart.   Therefore, we have adapted a policy that will meet you where you are, and how you are. - NO DRESS CODE, JUST JESUS!

We want to give you every opportunity to meet him, and allow the power of God to change you.  The Bible says, "Anyone who is in Christ Jesus, is a new creation, the old has gone, and the new has come."   Wouldn't you like to be free of the guilt and negative feelings in your life ?  You can be through the love of God.  Jesus can remove from you the addictions of life, he can free you from the sin that has held you down for years.  All it takes is a simple prayer of faith.

It is our prayer that lives will be changed by the power of God.  We will reach out to them with our hearts and our hands.  We can do that by simply showing them the love of Jesus. It is our promise that we will always preach the truth of God's Word and we will never back down, sit down, shut up, or quit.  We will stand boldly and proclaim the name of Jesus till He comes for His church.

At  the St. Albans Church of the Nazarene we will always preach the truth of God's word.  We will make no excuses for not accepting people as they are. We are more interested with your eternal destination than we are, how you look or what you have done.  We know that each person can live a sin-free and holy life and our doors are always open to everyone regardless of race, religious, creed, or ethnic background.

For, we are convinced that every man, woman and child has the right to know Jesus Christ personally.  We also believe that is why God has placed each of us where we are for a reason  We know that there are many people just like you who have never experienced a one-on-one relationship with Jesus Christ.  We are here to help you on this journey of faith.  Whatever it takes!

We have but one goal and one purpose, to fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment of Christ.  We can do that by insuring that every person we come in contact with knows about the difference that Jesus Christ can make in their lives.  If you would like to know more about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, check out the Got Jesus page.
